Position Overview: Soliant Health is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Sacramento, California. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals of all ages regain and maintain their independence in daily activities. You will work closely with patients to develop customized treatment plans, evaluate progress, and provide compassionate care to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations to assess functional abilities and limitations
Develop personalized treatment plans to address individual needs and goals
Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve motor skills, coordination, and cognitive function
Provide education and training to patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes

Requirements:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Active California Occupational Therapy license
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Compassionate attitude and dedication to patient-centered care
