    As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Human Resources team plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by providing guidance and support to equip our teams for success and manage the employee life cycle.

    As a Regional HR Business Partner at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by supporting the employee life cycle across several HR functions for your regional branches.

    You will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and work closely with the rest of the HR team.

    What Youll ContributeIn this role, you can expect to:

    Serve as the link between the local regional branches or facilities that you support and the corporate Human Resources departmentProvide HR guidance to local management and help resolve complex employee engagement issuesBe a subject matter expert for all HR related matters and maintain a deep level understanding of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employment to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance including but not limited to ADA, FMLA, and FLSAAssist managers in coaching, developing, and discipling their employees and ensure both strong working relationships between managers and employees to promote high morale, high productivity, and high retentionWhat It Takes to SucceedAt West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results.
