    Description

    Overview:
    This is a hands-on position responsible for fulfilling the role of Quality expert in manufacturing field.

    Ensure the quality of the parts produced meet all product & process characteristics and customer expectations, quickly and effectively act when non-conformances are found.

    Manage their quality technicians on regular working roles and the assignment following process control plan.

    Maintain the most recent interpretations of the quality system requirements and therefore ensure that documented practices meet the true interpretation of the quality management system standards.


    Responsibilities:
    Product & Process Quality Engineer and representing the company's interests in terms of process and product quality topics.
    Managing and optimizing product quality by working with all departments and assisting with the implementation of standard processes.
    Developing and implementing inspection standards for incoming, in process and final inspection.
    Control the quality of products according to company target and customer requirement.
    Prepare the action plan for continuous improvement of quality of Products.

    Take the principles of 8D methodology as well as the statistical analyzes to determine the root cause and corrective & preventive action addressed.

    Analysis to develop methods to reduce the risks and reduce the cost of poor quality of the organization.
    Analyzing and solving problems associated with in-process on the production line. (Welding, fabrication and assembly).
    Follow up and take corrective and preventive action while problem occurred and control the change as requirement.
    Providing support in relation to quality topics from early development and application
    Monitoring product quality data, identifying and addressing factors driving negative warranty/field performance trends.
    Investigate, analyze and resolve process and product quality problems by conducting audits, analyzing defect trends and leading continuous improvement
    Offer suggestions that can lead to improved environmental performance whenever possible


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field.
    5 years of experience in

    automotive or electrical manufacturing environment .

    Good skill and knowledge in Quality Control concept, Problem solving (8D methodology), Analytical skills and perform a quality improvement plan.

    Good skill and knowledge in Quality Core Tools such APQP, Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC, MSA.
    Understanding process Fabrication, Welding and Assembly are essentials.
    Good personality, self-confident, highly responsible, good interpersonal and fast learner.
    Good command in English both written and spoken with good computer proficiency.
