    Executive Assistant

    Job Summary:

    As a key member of the administrative team, the Executive Assistant provides high-quality administrative support to three SCH executive leaders. The Executive Assistant ensures C-Suite leaders can efficiently accomplish key tasks and hospital initiatives. The Executive Assistant is experienced in successfully performing essential tasks needed to support executive leaders:

  • providing support in a well-organized and timely manner, with the ability to identify and field high to low priority items requiring action
  • conserving executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence
  • drafting letters and documents
  • collecting and analyzing information
  • initiating communications on behalf of the executive leader
  • managing the executive's daily activities: maintaining calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, confirming appointments, developing agendas, itineraries, and meeting minutes
  • The Executive Assistant maintains professional customer service while welcoming/screening all guests and customers, directing inquiries appropriately. They protect operations by keeping information confidential, and contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks related to targeted results as needed.

    General Counsel

    Minimum Qualifications

    Minimum 5 years administrative experience. Experience in health care is preferred. Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced functions with charts and tables. Strong writing and presentation skills needed to produce high quality internal communications. Strong organizational and communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills along with a commitment to customer service, collaborative teamwork and quality also required.
