- Retail Operations Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service, to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of retail associates, ensuring high levels of motivation, productivity, and professionalism.

- Compliance and Operational Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards, including health and safety regulations, cash handling procedures, and loss prevention measures.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience through innovative retail concepts, events, activations, and collaborations that resonate with our target audience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or related field. Additional certifications or coursework in fashion or retail management is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-end or boutique retail environment with a focus on streetwear, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Experience with brands like KITH is highly desirable.
- Passion for streetwear culture, fashion trends, and creating immersive retail experiences that resonate with a diverse customer base.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team of retail associates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and brand representatives.
- Proficiency in retail analytics, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, and the ability to implement innovative visual merchandising concepts.
