    Job Title: Retail Manager - High-End Attraction Property (KITH Experience)

    Overview:

    On behalf of our client , we are seeking a dynamic Retail Manager with experience in high-end retail environments, ideally with a background similar to the innovative and trendsetting brand, KITH. This role will be responsible for leading the retail operations within our large-scale property, ensuring exceptional customer service, merchandising excellence, and driving sales in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, streetwear culture, and creating immersive retail experiences.

    Responsibilities:
    • Retail Operations Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of retail operations, including sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service, to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.
    • Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of retail associates, ensuring high levels of motivation, productivity, and professionalism.
    • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies, while maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
    • Merchandising and Presentation: Implement creative and visually appealing merchandising displays that showcase products effectively and align with brand aesthetics and standards.
    • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, transfers, markdowns, and regular stocktakes, to optimize stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
    • Retail Analytics: Analyze sales performance, customer traffic patterns, and other relevant retail metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to maximize profitability.
    • Vendor and Brand Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and brand representatives to ensure product availability, exclusivity, and alignment with brand partnerships and collaborations.
    • Compliance and Operational Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards, including health and safety regulations, cash handling procedures, and loss prevention measures.
    • Customer Experience Enhancement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience through innovative retail concepts, events, activations, and collaborations that resonate with our target audience.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or related field. Additional certifications or coursework in fashion or retail management is a plus.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-end or boutique retail environment with a focus on streetwear, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Experience with brands like KITH is highly desirable.
    • Passion for streetwear culture, fashion trends, and creating immersive retail experiences that resonate with a diverse customer base.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team of retail associates.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and brand representatives.
    • Proficiency in retail analytics, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred.
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, and the ability to implement innovative visual merchandising concepts.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced retail environment.
