We are seeking candidates with a minimum of three (3) or more years of Assistant Restaurant Management experience in a full service, sit down, breakfast and lunch, family style restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Keep Restaurant clean and score perfect health inspections
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) or more years of Restaurant Management experience in a full service, sit down, breakfast and lunch, family style restaurant.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
