We have partnered with an international machinery manufacturing company that is looking to bring a Corporate Counsel to their legal team. This company is a global leader in the industry and they commit to delivering the highest quality products and services to their customers. They are looking for an individual who has at least three years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements. You would be working under great leadership and would be part of an extremely collaborative and supportive legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to vendor agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on legal issues affecting commercial operations, including contract interpretation and negotiation strategies.
• Manage external legal resources, including outside counsel and consultants, as necessary.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail.
• 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on commercial transactions and contracts.
• In-house experience required
