    OB/GYN, GYN/ONC, breast, or ENT services required
    Minimum 2 weeks per month availability
    Ongoing coverage for year or more
    Hospital privileges required
    No nights or weekends call initially
    Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
    Assignment details and time entry in online portal
