- Assist in planning and implementing Middle School Age Social Program in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Attend all necessary trainings and meetings (1-2 meetings per month)
- Provide a safe environment for all children to thrive
- Assist in creating and organizing games and activities
- Set up and clean up of the program area including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, trash removal, etc
- Provide exceptional customer service and fosters connections with children and families
- Report to shift on time
- Report any incidents to the Program Director
- Learn and adhere to YMCA rules, policies, and procedures
- Update staff, members, and parents about program/event/child process as needed

What do we look for in a Volunteer?
This High School age Volunteer is responsible for planning, promoting, and implementing Middle School Age Social nights which take place once per month on Saturday evenings. This volunteer will help set up and clean up the facility before and after event and help plan and organize event activities.
