- Pay Rates starting from $17 to $20 per hour, plus up to $7.80 per hour in additional incentives

The Certified Nurse Assistant CNA plays a vital role at The Orchards and more importantly in the lives of our residents and their family members.
Our CNA's establish caring relationships with our residents and works with them to ensure their comfort and safety by attending to their needs and reporting care needs to the members of the nursing team and other center team members.
What your work schedule would be:
We offer flexible scheduling options of 8 and 12 hours shifts to best meet the needs of your personal commitments and those of our residents.
The successful candidate:
* must be a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA in good standing with the State of Michigan or a graduate of a state approved nursing assistant training program and will be scheduled for the state competency examination within 120 days of employment.
