    Job Opportunity for a Senior Tax Consultant

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join our team at Rea & Associates. As a key member of our tax department, you will play a vital role in advising clients on complex tax matters and driving business growth.

    About the Role:

    • You will lead a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.
    • Your primary responsibility will be to advise clients on tax implications of their business objectives, identifying opportunities to minimize tax burdens and optimize compliance.
    • You will also be responsible for managing engagement workflow, resources, and billing, ensuring seamless project execution.
    • In addition, you will contribute to business development efforts, building relationships with clients and prospects to drive revenue growth.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in taxation, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
    • Prior supervisory experience, with a strong ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Accounting, or a related field, with a CPA certification.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven ability to think strategically, with a deep understanding of federal tax laws and regulations.

    Compensation:

    The estimated annual salary for this position is $115,000-$140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
