    We are seeking a Pet Counselor to become an integral part of our team

    Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and identify customer needs
    • Assist customers with finding the puppy of their dreams
    • Dedication to product and breed information
    • Having a positive attitude at all times
    • Explain products and services to customers
    • Enter and process customer orders
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to build rapport with customers
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Ability to learn at a fast pace
    • Open availability
