Perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to major repairs inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to diagnose and repair with accuracy clearly communicate with service advisor when additional repairs are needed or when repairs cannot be completed in the scheduled time period repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components to resolve customer concerns provide accurate diagnosis to ensure vehicles are fixed right the first time
