LEASING AGENT, SHOWING AGENT - BILINGUAL (Spanish)

(Full Time 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Additional hours required evenings & weekends)

-Responsibilities: Leasing Agent is responsible for the showing & leasing of rental homes and apartments to prospective residents. Conduct tours, show units to prospective tenants, drive the 'sale' of the rental, act as a knowledgeable guide for future residents using effective and professional sales techniques to discuss features and amenities. Inspect the condition of the rental and coordinate with maintenance for services. Take photographs. Manage Keys. Safely and legally operate the company automobile.

-Requirements: Must be fluent in SPANISH. Computer proficiency, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, confidentiality, reliability, positive attitude. Must work well with a Team. SPANISH language skills are required.
