Responsibilities:
* -Communicate vehicle concerns to the Assistant Service Manager (ASM)
* -Diagnose and assess repairs for all vehicle concerns
* -Ride along with customers if the problem persists
* -Manage repair orders to ensure service completion by promise times
* -Maintain a professional work station including tool box, vehicle lift, and general work area
* -Achieve hourly goals
* -Work closely with the parts and service departments
* -Ensure quality work
* -Demonstrate a "servant's heart" by creating unique and personalized experiences
Requirements:
* -High school diploma
* -Technical school training
* -ASE certifications are preferred
* -Professional appearance and communication
