    We are looking for a Treatment Plan Coordinator for our Wellington office. Shullman Orthodontics is expanding and we are looking for someone to help us rapidly grow and improve our patient experience. You could be the missing piece of our team

    This roles primary goal is to improve treatment plan acceptance by educating each patient on their customized dental treatment plan and payment options. As a trusted advisor, the patient relies on you for guidance for the next step in their dental care. Your ability to communicate effectively with patients will determine their willingness and level of comfort with moving forward with necessary treatment. You will do your best to make treatment possible for our patients by working with insurance companies and presenting financing options.

    One of your focuses each day is to help patients receive the care that is recommended by our clinical team. We believe that treatment is in the best interest of the patient, and our treatment coordinators are essential in guiding our patients on how to make those next steps possible. Once treatment is complete, you will track patient satisfaction and document patient testimonials and referrals.

    A key responsibility in this position is tracking and analyzing outstanding treatment plans and receivables. Your ability to be proactive and follow up on outstanding plans and payments is essential to patient health and practice success. Your attention to detail and follow-through will help us provide more quality care to patients, which will positively impact our patients overall health and wellbeing.

    As a Treatment Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to attend training and coaching sessions to help you in your role. We want someone with experience, but also someone that is willing and eager to learn and grow

    In a Nutshell, here are your Top Priorities:
    • Improve Case Acceptance Rates: Effectively present treatment plans and payment options to increase the number of patients who follow through with treatment.
    • Follow Up & Tracking: Follow up with outstanding treatment plans to ensure that patients do not miss opportunities to improve their dental health.
    • Collections: Track and follow up with outstanding payments and collect necessary payments within the agreed payment terms.
    • Patient Satisfaction & Referrals: Reach out to patients after their treatment is complete to confirm their satisfaction with the results and service. Look for opportunities to collect testimonials and referrals to help promote the office

    Necessary Skills & Experience:
    • Effective written and oral communication skills
    • Dental background and knowledge of treatment planning
    • Comfortable discussing finances and payment options
    • Knowledge of insurance and providing estimates
    • Driven by goals and numbers; experience with hitting targets
    • Experience in sales is a plus
