Responsibilities: Engage in rounding on all pediatric inpatients and newborns in the hospital, with 24-hour availability for inpatient needs. Level I Nursery: Work in a Level I Nursery, contributing to the care of newborns without a NICU or PICU. Annual Births: Contribute to an average of 750+ births per year, participating in the care of a diverse patient population. Daily Census: Manage an average pediatric inpatient daily census ranging from 1-5 patients. Educational Involvement: Collaborate with a Family Medicine Residency Program, contributing to educational initiatives. Community Call: Provide call coverage within the community, ensuring comprehensive pediatric care. Qualifications: Board Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics. Experience: Open to newly trained fellows and practicing pediatricians, fostering professional growth. Licensure: Possess an Indiana Medical License.
