- Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
- Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the client's behalf when appropriate
- Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation
- Membership in the South Carolina State Bar Association and a state license to practice law are mandatory
- 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
