    We are seeking a Senior Creative Director who has experience in the Pharmaceuatical/ Wellness industry. Must have at least 15 years of Graphic Design experience. CPG/ Packaging design is a Must.

    Position Summary: The Senior Creative Director is responsible for strategy, conception and execution of creative direction, style guides, key visuals, copy and video, across multiple brands.

    Define the look and feel/vision of multiple brands and ensure consistency throughout every form of marketing/branding. Work closely with Brand Management, Sales, R&D/Quality, and Product Development (PLM) to ensure deliverables (branding, package design, and content) meet each teams expectations.

    Ensure all content is consistent, cohesive, on brand strategy, and consistently on timeline. This includes creative concepts, design, content and video direction

    Push the status quo and create new ways to market our products

    Conceptualize creative campaigns for CCW brands across key touchpoints including eCommerce (Amazon, DTC, Social), industry events and at retail

    Maintain the overall visual identity of CCW brands (#LubeLife, Say la V., JO, CCW and Make WAVES)

    Support white label business with branding and design deliverables

    Lead and manage team of graphic designers with opportunities for professional development

    Establish best practices and create structure to ensure the Creative team is organized to maximize efficiency

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Computer Skills:

    Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dimension, Premiere, After Effects)

    Microsoft Office

    Experience with C.A.D./Rendering

    Experience with Physical and Digital Proof Approvals

    Experience with Animation

    Other Skills:

    Experience with photography/studio equipment

    Education/Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts/Design

    15+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Graphic design within wellness, pharmaceutical or OTC industries is preferred

    Work Environment:

    • The position is hybrid so must be able to work in office and at home
    • Some travel may be necessary to attend photo shoots, print runs and company vendor visits
