Job Summary:
+Manage or assist with management of Capital and System funded construction, renovation and maintenance projects.+Create construction Bid Document Packages for building and campus upgrades necessary to maintain 70+ buildings.
+Perform architectural design and construction administration duties for a broad array of campus projects.
+
Qualifications:
- Five years of prior capital project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR eight years of capital project management experience
- Project Management Professional certification or equivalent
- Project estimating and scheduling skills and proficiency with AutoCAD
- Building Code knowledge
