    Carvechi Technology is hiring for a senior Project Manager based Union, New Jersey, USA

    Duration: 6 months


    Pay Rate:
    $45


    Position Summary:
    Seeking a highly motivated and self-directing individual with prior experience in large, complex
    software implementations, to provide project management for multiple concurrent Omni-Channel
    initiatives, with a primary focus on warehouse management. This role will work with IT leadership;
    business leads and multiple technology teams to deploy new solutions and enhance current
    systems. This position will report to a Senior Delivery Manager.

    Responsibilities:
    Manage project-level planning to track milestones and deliverables impacting multiple projects,
    releases, tracks and dependencies (coordinate with business leads, multiple IT teams, external
    resources and testing teams)
    Maintain the overall project schedule and milestone tracking tools to track progress against the
    baseline work plan
    Ensure the timely creation of required materials; including project charters, business
    requirements, functional design documents, technical specifications, project and resource plans,
    project updates, etc.
    Assist in managing all project resources (internal/external), including budgets
    Support project controls, change control activities, and communications
    Support project status report generation (accomplishments, in progress, risks, issues and
    metrics)
    Manage project level risk and issue management process and escalation
    Will require 20% travel

    Qualifications:
    7-10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, managing large, complex software
    implementations and multiple concurrent projects
    Ability to effectively communicate (verbal & written) with cross-functional business and technical
    teams at all levels of the organization
    Strong business acumen and experience in managing (and understanding) business aspects of
    software projects
    Experience in SDLC and various software development methodologies (Agile, Iterative,
    Waterfall)
    Experience with business process, functional design concepts and principles
    Experience managing release cycles and programs involving multiple project managers and
    cross-functional teams
    Team player with strong collaboration, organization and facilitation skills
    Warehouse management, Distribution, Supply chain, Retail & e-Commerce experience is
    strongly preferred
