    Description


    Our client is an EdTech company delivering an education platform that utilizes AI technology, educator-led instruction, and an online community to achieve college readiness for high-schoolers and middle-schoolers.

    They are looking to bring on a fully remote Head of Marketing to manage, grow, and motivate their sales team.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at generating marketing-qualified leads.

    Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to craft targeted messaging and content that resonates with the high school student demographic, their families, and education administrators.

    Implement innovative digital marketing campaigns leveraging social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, and other channels to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.

    Employ analytics tools to track campaign performance, optimize marketing efforts, and provide actionable insights to enhance lead generation outcomes.
    Cultivate partnerships with educational institutions, organizations, and influencers to expand the company's reach and attract potential leads.

    Support the sales team by providing them with qualified leads, marketing collateral, and relevant resources to facilitate the conversion process.


    Requirements:
    Demonstrated success in generating marketing-qualified leads and supporting sales teams.
    Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including social media management, content creation, email marketing, and SEO optimization.
    Ability to effectively balance digital/social media marketing efforts with channel and event marketing approaches to drive lead generation.
    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
    Passion for education and a genuine desire to empower the next generation through innovative technology and personalized guidance.
