We are seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead our team in shaping an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively contributing to the overall culture, operations, and resident experience.Responsibilities
- Hire and onboard Servers in coordination with Community Managers and/or Executive Chef;
- Ensure dining room cleanliness, organization, and systems are consistent per the RLC Operations Guide;
