    • Absolutely NO COLD CALLING or door-to-door sales Say goodbye to the old-school hassles of cold calling and door-knocking. We believe in quality over quantity, and we provide you with an abundance of pre-qualified leads, so you can focus on what you do best - closing deals
    • Full training on product sales We don't just throw you into the deep end - we provide comprehensive product sales training. Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to the industry, you'll receive the knowledge and tools you need to excel.
    • Two weeks of paid Orientation We don't just want you to succeed; we want you to thrive. Our orientation program is designed to immerse you in the 50Floor way of doing things, ensuring you're fully prepared for success.
    • Mentoring from our top sellers Learn from the best in the business During your orientation, you'll have the opportunity to be mentored by our top sellers, gaining insights and strategies that will propel you to the top.
    • Two weeks of transitional pay We understand that getting started can be challenging, which is why we provide two weeks of transitional pay to help you make a seamless transition into your new role.
    • High volume of leads generated through our 50Floor customer service department Imagine a constant stream of potential clients coming your way. Our 50Floor customer service department generates high volumes of leads, making it easier for you to achieve your sales goals.
    • Extensively Advertise 50Floor, Inc on television and radio We invest in brand recognition to make your job easier. Our extensive advertising on television and radio means potential customers are already familiar with our name when you reach out to them.
    • Pre-qualified leads that result in 40-50% closing ratios We don't just provide leads - we provide high-quality, pre-qualified leads that boast an impressive 40-50% closing ratio. You'll be set up for success from the get-go

    What the In-Home Sales Consultant Does:

    • Travel to and attend pre-scheduled appointments within a 30-75-mile radius of your home
    • Close sales by providing the ultimate in-home sales customer experience
    • Follow up with unsold prospects
    • Attend monthly sales meetings

    What We Are Looking For:

    • A persuasive communicator and a passion for helping others

    • Open to working 8 am - 8 pm weekdays and some Saturdays
    • An entrepreneurial spirit willing to take charge of your own earnings
