    Assembly Team Member
    Location: Oregon, IL
    Pay: $18.50-$23.44/hour
    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM OT available Saturdays

    Join our team and help bring products to life As an Assembly Team Member, you'll assemble parts and sub-assemblies using standard tools and procedures, all while working in a supportive team environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and teamwork, this role is for you.

    What You'll Do:
    • Assemble components and sub-assemblies with precision
    • Use tools and equipment safely
    • Follow quality standards and company procedures
    • Perform routine, repetitive tasks efficiently
    • Support teammates and assist with other duties as needed
    Qualifications:
    • Basic knowledge of assembly techniques, materials, and blueprint reading preferred
    • Comfortable using precision measuring tools
    • Ability to lift 55 lbs frequently (up to 80 lbs occasionally)
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
