The rooftop bar at Halcyon. Friendly. Easy-going. Confident. Rare Bird celebrates the spirit of Denver's unabashed personalities.
Our Pool and Roof Top Servers are the story tellers and memory makers for our outdoor experiences. Their primary duties include proper pool set-up and service of food and beverage including order-taking and delivery.

They always have a smile on their face and make guests feel like they are on permanent vacation while at the pool.

Requested Tasks-Set up pool areas as instructed -Knowledge of menu and presentation standards -Establish rapport with guests to build customer loyalty and relay feedback to leadership -Communicate with the kitchen menu questions, length of wait and product availability -Once pool is closed, reset or break down pool area accordingly

Requested Capabilities-Prior server experience highly preferred-A guest-first attitude -An eye for detail and organization
