- Performs system and network administration of Telephone Management System (TMS) and Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) servers to ensure and maintain availability in accordance with current Army Information Technology Portfolio (AITP).
- Provides VoIP OM functions, password and warranty management for the call manager clusters, Unity Voice Mail server and Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) system.
- Installs Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) and software upgrade patches to all VoIP system servers as applicable.
- Performs back-up and data recovery services IAW internal SOP's.
- Implements policies and procedures related to VoIP installation, operations, maintenance, accreditation, and customer service.
- Ensures upgrades of Internetwork Operating System (iOS) and hardware, documents and updates configuration changes and asset tracking.
- Provides technical assistance to customer to resolve VoIP and ECVoIP operational issues.
- Performs diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques to restore service.
