    Job Description:
    In your position as the Project Lead, you will be responsible for several workstreams and/or contracts across a client(s).

    You will be responsible for financial performance (achieving profit targets), quality of delivery (achieving exceptional and very good ratings), personnel management (developing and retaining team members), and growth (building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to provide additional support, driving capture on new opportunities).


    In this position, you will also:
    Have ultimate responsibility for technical quality, resolution of significant issues, and customer satisfaction for all assignments.
    Serve as the overall manager for a contract, or program, and lead for complex technical projects.
    Be responsible for the administrative, contractual, and financial aspects of projects.
    Present the technical and managerial skills to ensure that all products and deliverables meet the client's requirements and deadlines.
    Provide executive leadership to clients and consulting teams for organizational diagnostics, process improvement, applied leadership, and multi-party problem-solving.

    Provide primary interface with client management personnel regarding the strategic business process, accounting, and financial management issues and high-level subject matter expertise.

    Be responsible for overall contract management and delivering professional quality solutions.
    Serve as a liaison between the company's staff members and clients.

    Coordinate and direct staff with diverse technical skills and backgrounds to ensure delivery of a high-quality product on time and within budget limitations.

    Be responsible for the administrative, contractual, and financial aspects of projects.
    Manage subcontractor relationships

    Required Skills:
    Bachelor's Degree required.
    Minimum 10 years of experience required.
    5+ years of Federal financial management
    3+ years of management of a team(s) of at least 10 personnel. Includes experience managing project financials.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship management with Senior Executives within the Federal Government
    Proven experience in financial management leadership roles, with a track record of success in financial reporting, analysis, and management.
    Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
