Key responsibilities will include primarily supporting the infrastructure of multiple RSA Archer environments.

The remainder of time you would be coordinating with and assisting the Service Delivery team in troubleshooting and deploying developed solutions to our Archer Use Cases.

Responsible for the overall day to day management of Archer hardware and software.

Support the installation and management of the RSA Archer system; configure integrations and interactions between Archer and its various modules and with other information systems.

Manage, drive and coordinate planned maintenance activitiesPartner with security and infrastructure teams to maintain system availability.

Assist the RSA Archer Development Team in troubleshooting and deploying packages to accommodate business requirements and/or design changesTroubleshoot data feed integration, stakeholder notifications, and reporting requirementsArticulate technology issues/concerns that may emerge at any level of the technical stack, and from any component across the ecosystem, to technology leadersCreate scripts to support administration, maintenance, and operation tasks.

Troubleshoot user access related issuesRemain current on Archer tool and technology roadmap, features, and updates.

Monitors overall system performance, oversees daily operations of systems to ensure system availability, and may perform other duties as assigned.

To qualify for the role, you must have5+ years of experience in an enterprise IT support role4+ years of experience with RSA ArcherExperience with Windows Server administrationCapability to craft custom SQL scripts to assist in troubleshooting and gathering dataSeveral years experience working in a large global virtual environmentStrong communication skills - written and verbal
