- Receive and review all service orders, ensuring that all required information is complete and accurate
- Coordinate with service technicians to prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance tasks
- Keep track of all ongoing service orders and provide regular updates to customers
- Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians, addressing any questions or concerns
- Accurately record all service orders and billing information in the dealership's system
- Coordinate with the parts department to order and receive necessary parts for service orders
- Maintain a clean and organized service area and ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working condition
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing them with an exceptional service experience
- Adhere to all dealership and industry safety regulations and protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 12 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the auto industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and their components is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

As a Service Expediter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service by keeping track of all service orders, coordinating with service technicians and customers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service process.
This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry located in Parker, Colorado.Compensation & Benefits:
The Service Expediter position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly.
