    About Behavior Interventions, Inc.


    Behavior Interventions was founded in 2006 by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts with a mission to provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our families in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

    Our team is composed of clinical and administrative team members all focused on creating meaningful change in the lives of those we serve.

    We are seeking a Program Specialist to support our Clinical team and maintain our ABA treatment center in our Limerick Office location.


    Reporting Relationship:

    The Program Specialist Reports to the Program Director or designated manager for all duties and responsibilities listed below and for other duties that the Program Director may assign.

    Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:


    Front Desk Support:
    Manage phone lines during business hours

    Greet families, team members and guests upon arrival


    Office Management:

    Maintain ABA Treatment Center including:
    purchasing, scanning, treatment center clean up, VB mapp kit upkeep, scheduling and coordinating client sessions in the treatment center, mail sorting, daily office clean-up throughout the day (i.e., sanitizing high touch areas including treatment rooms, workspaces, restrooms)

    Maintain client files:
    including filing session notes and scanning compliance documents in therapy practice management software

    Support scheduling and coordinating client sessions in the treatment center. Provide crisis management support during sessions and general treatment center coverage.


    Clinician Support:
    Manages employee mailboxes, key cards, ID badges as assigned

    Supports technology set-up (ex. set up new computer workspaces)

    Serves as point of contact for Behavior Analyst staff. Connects BCBAs with resources and various departments for support (HR, Service Coordination).

    Provides support to Program Supervisor and Assistant Program Director for ongoing projects and tasks (e.g.
    Runs Central Reach insights reports. Preparing documentation required for company audits.

    Pulls in information on report templates in preparation for authorization requests.

    Directs BCBA emails to appropriate operations personnel

    Prepares and sends assessment tools to families for authorizations

    Supports with staffing process for clinical team

    Submits documents to families requiring signatures including HIPAA forms and reports Manages HIPAA tracker. Uploads signed documents to CentralReach

    Manages session note addendum tracker


    Requirements:
    High school diploma

    3-12 + months of relevant experience

    Ability to pass federal and state background checks

    Complete and maintain active CPR/First Aid certification upon hire

    Crisis Management trained/certified

    High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality

    Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines

    Excellent customer service and negotiation skills

    Effective verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to work independently and within teams

    Conflict resolution and great interpersonal skills

    Organizational/time management/prioritization skills

    Proficient technical/computer skills, i.e. Google apps

    Experience in or understanding of Behavior Analysis or related field preferred

    Experience with CentralReach software a plus

    Ability to maintain confidential information, i.e. handle sensitive case files and follow HIPAA/FERPA regulations
