    We are a nonprofit organic farmers' cooperative of over 100 Lancaster County, Pennsylvania farmers. We focus on creating healthy, high-quality foods from our highly maintained and enriched soils on our small-scale family farms.     What you'll be doing
    • Assisting current and potential CSA shareholders as LFFC's primary contact for coop members
    • Helping to build and maintain our CSA network as a vital member of the CSA outreach team
    • Ethically performing all duties and responsibilities in accordance with Co-op policies.
    • Providing daily customer service support to members of the CSA community through frequent communication, troubleshooting issues, and addressing questions and concerns promptly
    • Performing administrative functions that support the CSA program and its members, including data entry and tracking, daily communication with CSA program members, and other administrative tasks as needed
    • Keeping CSA program members informed of co-op scheduling changes, delivery issues, and other time-sensitive communications.
    • Creating, editing, and maintaining customer accounts
    • Supporting LFFC and CSA at outreach events as needed
