    HOUSEKEEPING COMMERCIAL CLEANER

    We are looking to add a Housekeeping Commercial Cleaner to our team. See below for details and to apply for the position.

    Essential Function:

    • Maintain the cleanliness of all public areas including restrooms and office spaces.
    • Consistently maintain company cleaning standards.
    • Interact with "gracious hospitality" to our members and guests.
    • Wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
    • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal area.
    • Replenish supplies as needed.
    • Vacuum, sweep, mop floor surfaces in assigned areas.
    • Properly operate, handle, clean with and store all chemicals.
    • Follow established procedures for the handling and storage of all cleaning supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas and supplies.
    • Able to push, Pull, Lift, Carry up to 40 lbs.
    • Other reasonable duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    • High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required.
    • Previous experience a plus.
    • Must be able to climb stairs.
    • Ability to stand and walk for 8 hour shift.
    • Must be able access the employee van for transport to various work locations on the property.
    • Ability to scrub and clean surface, extend arms overhead when performing tasks and work. Able to bend, stoop, squat.
