- Lead the implementation and execution of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) for the company. Ensure that everyone is truly following, and adhering to, the company's core processes and operating system with consistency.
- Articulate and maintain a clear focus on company goals and execute plans.
- Integrate the major functions of the business including Business Development, Services Delivery, Finance and Operations.
- Establish and maintain organizational clarity.
- Serve as executive level for issue escalation. Identify and remove obstacles so that the team can perform at its best.
- Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.
- Develop key performance indicators for major business functions and hold individuals and teams accountable for performance.
- Provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making affecting the Company (growth, new markets, evaluation of potential alliances, investments)
- Effectively collaborates with the CEO to remain aligned at all times. Maintains a high level of mutual respect with the CEO. Realizes the unique contributions and ideas that the CEO has and possesses an ability to filter and translate those ideas into functional plans for the company.
- Confirms that all key messages are properly and consistently cascaded across the organization. Inherently ensures that everyone is in the know. Verifies that a high level of effective communication exists throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration.
- 10+ years of experience managing operations.
- Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise.
- Proven track record of managing teams successfully.
- Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
- Self-directed, highly organized, and a team-player
- Capable of working under tight deadlines and handling multiple projects
- Ability to communicate with a broad array of individuals from varying technical aptitudes, professional backgrounds, and affiliations
- Able to make decisions and lead teams to execute on plans
