    Position Overview: As an Electrical Assembler II, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electrical components and systems according to engineering specifications and quality standards. You will work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the timely completion of projects while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to assemble electrical components and systems.
    • Perform soldering, crimping, and wiring tasks with precision and accuracy.
    • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete assembly and testing processes.
    • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
    • Troubleshoot electrical assemblies to identify and resolve any issues or defects.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on design improvements and process optimization.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in electrical assembly preferred.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electrical assembly or a related field.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
    • Demonstrated ability to solder, crimp, and wire electrical components accurately.
    • Familiarity with a variety of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment used in electrical assembly.
    • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.
    • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Up to $20hr DOE
