Job summary
The Analytics Practice Leader for North America is responsible for building a data/analytics capability within HUB and developing state-of-the-art proprietary tools & processes to allow us to more effectively analyze risk and consult with clients in making purchasing decisions including: appropriate retentions/ deductibles, optimal coverage limits, loss projections, cash flow etc.Responsibilities
- Work with various regional and corporate leaders, develop the vision, overall strategy and brand for the Analytics Practice.
- Create and oversee goals that will support Organic Growth (OG) for Commercial Lines and strategize with Industry & Product Line Practice Leaders, HUB Presidents and HUB regional CL Leaders and CMOs on how to drive the OG within the various geographies and industries.
- Partner with the regional and industry leaders, identify resources around the organization and continue to organize them into a unified working group.
