    We're currently looking for a highly skilled QE Automation Architect who will be responsible for Design and lead QA transformation initiatives at enterprise level and involved in Technical Solutioning. These are full-time positions with a preference for Atlanta-based, but open to 100% remote as well.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and lead QA transformation initiatives for the Client at enterprise level
    • Understand the client existing tools and landscape and suggest the best fit automation solution at the client enterprise level.
    • Build capability for newer offering in QA technology space.
    • Assess current business processes and to identify problems and maintain the automation process from start to finish, architecting the framework
    • New framework development \Enhancement in existing framework
    • Create and implement proof of concept for upcoming technology, Driving all Technical initiative for the account.

    Required Skills/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor or Engineering / Technology / Master of Computer Application or equivalent
    • 14+ years of overall experience in Quality Engineering and Assurance working in the Consulting environment with providing technical solution design to leadership.
    • Strong Test Automation consulting experience
    • Strong understanding in Test Automation tools and strategy, establishing required automation framework and platform to fulfill client automation need.
    • Understand customer landscape, provide an industry POV and recommend relevant tools/tech
    • Rationalize toolset based on the application and technology landscape.
    • Implement industry automation best practices, create, and maintain reusable assets.
    • Define and drive automation roadmap for MTS based on key tenets identified.
    • Should display strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Experience in Devops / continuous testing using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps
    • Experience in Agile (BDD / TDD) concept
