    Position Summary:


    The Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) leads the data analytics efforts for Amerock and supports all levels of the organization in fact-based decision making.

    Responsible for delivering routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis to support channel / customer profitability, daily sales input, rebate and retail programs, field sales commission, and trend analysis which allow Amerock to plan business operations.


    This role will support Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance and will build and maintain dashboards and tools to facilitate decision making in an efficient and effective manner.

    In addition, this role will own the implementation and ongoing optimization of Power BI.

    This role will work T-TH in the Huntersville NC Amerock offices with Monday and Friday remote or option to come in on those days also.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide organization-wide transparency to daily sales input by channel & customer
    Control and conduct the rebate tracking & accrual process monthly in collaboration with Finance, Sales, & Marketing
    Analyze and distribute monthly field sales commission reporting
    Create channel & customer profitability models with appropriate allocations
    Handle NPD analysis including pro forma P&L and Business Case support for both Amerock and Enterprise product development
    Deliver mid-month revenue flash and profitability projections
    Partner with Operations to review distribution footprint and network optimization
    Evaluate cost-saving and integration opportunities within the corporate enterprise
    Costing analysis – maintenance of actual vs. standard costs in SAP.
    Run the Competitive Job Quote process and make recommendations to senior leadership
    Act as project manager to drive Power BI implementation
    Create executive dashboards in Power BI for effective decision-making
    Lead revenue budgeting process by channel for annual budget and quarterly forecasting
    Drive inventory optimization via E&O forecasting and reporting
    Support monthly financial metrics and commentary for LT and Enterprise audiences
    Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as business needs warrant
    Other projects and duties to be assigned


    Qualifications:
    BS / BA in business, finance/accounting, operations, or related field
    5+ years' experience in an analytical role with a strong emphasis on decision-making
    Finance or accounting experience in manufacturing and retail environments
    Advanced Microsoft Excel and solid knowledge of Power BI and SQL
    SAP experience strongly preferred
    Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills with ability to distill themes to executive leadership
    Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-functional operational improvement

    Pay Range:
    $5, $9,716.30

    Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

    This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
