Sr. Financial Analyst

Location:

Shift:
Monday-Friday, full-time hours

Pay Range:
$ $53.51/hour

Employment Type:
Temporary (~4 months)

The Sr.

Analyst, Finance plays a critical role within the FP&A team, partnering with Operations and Quality leaders to support the forecasting and month end activities.

This is a temporary position to provide coverage while the current employee is on parental leave.

Lead month-end close activities for approximately 40 cost centers across Operations, Quality, and Facilities.
Prepare and deliver detailed variance analysis by cost center, providing actionable insights to ~20 business partners.
Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate monthly cost allocations across relevant functions.
Drive forecast processes for Operations and Quality cost centers, including headcount planning and expense projections.
Partner with business leaders to develop accurate and timely forecasts aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field).
6+ years of working experience in FP&A and accounting.
Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
Prior experience supporting operations, supply chain, and logistics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage detail while keeping a broad perspective.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues to non-financial stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
