    Job Summary

    New Pay Rates and Excellent Benefits
    We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus an 8,000 sign-on bonus. Our exceptional nurses are valued and recognized for their contributions.

    This position is based in Lynn and Saugus.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings within the community, adhering to MGB Home Care's philosophy, policy, and standards of community health practice.

    • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with professional license in Massachusetts
    • Minimum 1 year of previous nursing experience in acute or sub-acute care setting required
    • Home care experience preferred
    • Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills
    • Ability to work with various computer software and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices preferred
