Position Summary:

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide direct patient care following established standards and procedures. Your responsibilities will include patient monitoring, administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring patient well-being. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is key in delivering exceptional care.

Minimum Education:

Associate's degree in Nursing or RN Diploma - Required
Bachelor's degree in Nursing – Preferred

Required Skills:

We're looking for nurses with strong critical thinking abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to work independently. Being able to function effectively in high-pressure situations is crucial. Proficiency in using computers is essential.

Certifications:

American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of employment

Licenses:

Active State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure – Required
