Job Description

• Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promotes and documents orders for drinks.
• Mixes, garnishes, and presets drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
• Practice "teamwork" and "clean as you go" policies.
• Responsible for sanitation in or around the bar area/ banquet room.
• Retrieve and store bar glassware to proper storage.
• Work effectively and efficiently with the banquet team.
• Expediently communicate any challenges, guest complaints, or requests to the team lead.
• Set up and tear downs of events.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Basic knowledge of bartending and customer service.
• Prior bartender experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of English and mathematical skills.
• Must be neat, clean, and well groomed at all times.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
