    Job Summary :

    IT Project Manager role will work closely with project sponsors & business leads to facilitate the coordination, & execution of IT Projects while leveraging the ATS IT PMO Methodology. The incumbent for this role is responsible for building & maintaining relationships with team members across ATS divisions and leading cross-functional teams to satisfy strategic business requirements for many different types of projects.

    What you will do:


    • Under general direction, responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.


    • The IT PM will lead assigned IT Projects following the ATS IT PMO Methodology from Charter creation through Project execution and final Project closure


    • Focus on three Key Performance Indicators for all projects they lead: On-time Delivery, OnBudget and Stakeholder Satisfaction that the requirements were all met


    • Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.


    • Helps define project scope and objectives.


    • Works with the Project Team to develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports (using standard IT PMO approved templates).


    • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.


    • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.


    • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.


    • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.


    • Collaborates with Data Privacy Officers and German Workers Councils, as required, on related project and system needs.


    • Works with the Project Team to collect and organize all documents (technical, financial, etc.) for the project and makes sure the document package is complete at the close of the project


    • Collaborate with consultants and implementation partners on applicable project tasks and related deliverables


    • Escalates issues and risks that may threaten project budgets, schedules and the quality of project deliverables


    • Assist with the preparation and delivery of project status updates with an emphasis on key programs and projects

    What you will need:

    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:


    • University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering or business


    • Graduate degree such as an MBA is a definite asset


    • Certification such as PMP is a definite asset

    KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:


    • Experience with the successful delivery of large (Enterprise/Global initiatives), medium and small IT Projects in the role of Project Manager


    • Exposure, knowledge and experience with current IT Infrastructure Technology, Enterprise Software Solutions (ERP, CRM, HRIS, PLM, PMO) and Cyber Security Technology would all be assets


    • Experience effectively managing a mixture of large enterprise IT Projects. Exposure working for fast-paced, global manufacturing/engineering companies. Experience with compliance programs: GDPR, Sarbanes-Oxley.


    • Experience with project management software (e.g. Project Scheduling Tools, Resource Planning and Risk Registers) and Microsoft Office in general


    • A thorough understanding of IT Project Management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile is required.


    • Knowledge of Global Data Privacy and Protection regulations and experience implementing systems that comply with the regulations.


    • Experience working with German Workers Councils would be a definite asset.
