Financial Analyst

Hyannis, MA - Onsite with hybrid potential

$28-31/hour

Temporary to Permanent

Our national property management client based in Hyannis, MA is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team due to retire. This role will have ample time to train under the exiting employee.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting required
2+ years Financial analysis experience- ability to analyze financial data and identify trends required
Experience in Budgeting, Forecasting and financial reporting, financial statement preparation.
Background in accounting and understanding of general accounting practices and principles.
Proficient in MS Office and Advanced excel required. Accumatic experience highly preferred.
Property Management, Real Estate or related multilocation industries experience highly preferred.

Job Summary:

Analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Collect and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
Prepare financial reports, charts, and presentations for management.
Assist in the development of financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Support the budgeting process by gathering relevant financial information.
Assist in preparing forecasts and updating budget models.
Monitor actual performance against budget and analyze discrepancies.
Conduct financial research and benchmarking.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends
