Description
ASRC Federal is seeking a Financial Analyst to support ongoing operations at Fort Greely, Alaska.Duties And Responsibilities
Set up project charge codes and assign workforces.
Prepare Weekly Cost reports.
Analyze monthly overtime costs and prepare presentation slides for management and government review.
Perform analysis of direct program costs.
Prepare various other financial reports and perform analysis on a monthly basis and as assigned.
Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and external customers using Microsoft Access and Excel.
Interface with Business Office personnel, supervisors, on financial related tasks.
Requirements
Educational/Training Requirements
BS/BA in a related business field in addition to 5 plus years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint and financial software applications.
Experience with reconciliations required.
Excel Power Pivot and Cost Point experience desired.
Should be a self-starter and proactive.
Must possess strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
Must be capable of completing complex assignments with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret government clearance.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
