- Facilitates daily motivational orientations for newly referred HRA CareerCompass clients.
- Responsible for administering and scoring the TABE Test, BEST Test and SABE Test
- Conducts workshops on selfassessment and introduces online tools that are used in a group setting
- Conducts orientation and workshops utilizing prepared curricula and appropriate materials, integrating vocational concepts and professionalism in a classroom setting.
- Conducts interactive facilitation allowing for questions, comments and discussion from clients.
- Maintains contact with Career Service Coordinators (CSC) to transition clients to the oneonone intake process immediately following orientation.
- Maintain and execute documentation and workflow through computerbased programs and technology that draws on basic software/computer skill set.
- Assists with job readiness workshops for program participants on such topics as: resume preparation and writing, introduction to business sectors, online job applications and follow up, job search tools, using email, interviewing skills, workplace ethics, soft skills and business conduct, networking and financial literacy.
- Attends and participates in meetings, staff development sessions and inservice training as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Provides interactive and motivational orientation to HRA CareerCompass participants, including administering and scoring assessment tests.
Assists in providing additional workshops including job preparation, sectorbased overview and instruction, job search assistance, online applications and resume preparation; to develop and enhance clients' workrelated skills in preparation for job placement or other engagement activities in the HRA Career Pathways model.

Qualifications
Formal Education High School
Experience 3 Years
Bachelor's Degree in education, vocational rehabilitation or socialservice related field preferred.
Bilingual Creole speaker required.
