    1st Lake Properties is an owner-manager of over 75 different market-rate apartment communities in the Greater New Orleans, LA areas and we have been in business for over 50 years. We are committed to the success of our Teams by providing in-house education and training to aid in career growth.

    We are currently adding an experienced Maintenance/Grounds Maintenance Technician to assist our team at our Audubon Gates and Arbor Gates apartment communities in Slidell, LA and Picayune, MS.

    The technician we are looking for will be highly skilled, will pay attention to detail and will embrace teamwork. Join our team and #BeThe1.

    Qualifications

    The individual joining our Team should have the following:

  • Experience with repairs in electrical, plumbing and appliances
  • Tools and reliable transportation
  • A valid driver's license (required for some positions)
  • Some grounds maintenance duties may also be required depending upon the needs of the community

    • What you will do as a Maintenance Technician on our Team:

  • Provide our residents with electrical, plumbing and appliance repair services in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner
  • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents move-ins
  • Complete required paperwork such as inventory logs, service tickets and daily recap sheets
