    Job Title: Ecommerce Technical Project Manager

    Job Summary

    Client is seeking for technical Project Manager with Ecommerce experience. As a technical project manager, you should have deep knowledge on ecommerce TPM to Lead, CMS, membership/Loyalty and credit card program delivery and executions retail web applications experience. You will work independently and prioritize work assignments, based on changing business needs. Demonstrate effective leadership and analytical skills. Understanding of front-end (JavaScript, React and Rest Microservices including event driven architecture preferably with AWS cloud platform experience.

    Qualification

    7-10 years of experience as Technical Project Manager with Ecommerce experience and offshore onshore experience

    Deep knowledge on ecommerce TPM to Lead, CMS, membership/Loyalty and credit card program delivery.

    Must have experience or technical background in Digital Engineering or Digital Commerce.

    Must have strong experience in Agile project methodology and also experience in implementing industry best practices, techniques and standards.

    Experience in managing project schedules, resource schedule, scoping and budgeting.

    Experience working in a multi-shore delivery model and should have experience in managing multiple teams located in different global locations.

    Ability to identify and manage potential risks throughout the life of the project.

    Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs effectively.

    Measure project performance using industry standard tools and techniques.

    Continuously monitor project progress to ensure successful completion.

    Strong experience in stakeholder management, project co-ordination and delivery management.

    Well versed in Jira/Confluence or other agile project management tools.

    Responsibilities

    Build a project from Scratch and also able to explain how the ecommerce website looks like

    End to End responsible for project implementation.

    Responsible for planning and leading eCommerce related projects from Discovery through production release

    Leads cross-functional teams of business analysts, user experience analysts, eCommerce architects, developers, quality assurance analysts to deliver high traffic eCommerce websites to our customers.

    Support delivery practice in strategic roadmap planning, project methodologies, process improvements and tool selection.

    Responsible for managing and execution of complex projects, updating schedules, aligning resources and leading project teams to deliver high quality functionality.

    Works to drive projects forward, communicates project status, issues and risks in concise, accurate, and data driven manner.

    Leads sprint planning sessions, sprint retrospectives, product demos, scrum meetings and other associated Agile Scrum activities.

    Collaborates with key stakeholders on the customer side, business teams, technical teams and leadership to define and deliver large scale eCommerce projects.

    Anticipates project roadblocks, responds to change, escalates issues when needed, and balances business needs versus technical constraints.

    Identifies, assesses, tracks and mitigates issues and risks.

    Provides project status updates to all key stakeholders and delivery leader.

    Manages project overrun and change request control effectively.

    Drives effective and efficient teamwork, communication and commitment across cross-functional teams with competing priorities.

    Responsible for managing individual project budgets.
