    Position Overview:

    This full-time, field-based role involves ensuring fuel facilities meet the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance. Key responsibilities include:

    • Maintaining regulatory standards across multiple locations through regular inspections.
    • Conducting operations and maintenance checks on spill prevention and fuel equipment.
    • Tracking and recording monthly cathodic protection readings.
    • Scheduling repairs or replacements for equipment not meeting regulatory standards.
    • Reviewing inspections, addressing environmental concerns promptly, and ensuring compliance across sites.
    • Providing 24-hour support for spill response and advising customers on compliance procedures.
    • Communicating effectively with team members and customers, troubleshooting technical issues when necessary.

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive Pay, including $65,000 - $80,000 per year, plus benefits (health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, 401K with company match, profit-sharing, and career development opportunities).

    Requirements:

    • A self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for safety and environmental compliance.
    • Technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
    • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in various weather conditions, and travel to multiple locations.
    • Valid NYS Driver's License, with HAZWOPER certification preferred (not required).
    • Basic computer skills and the ability to perform essential math and record-keeping tasks.
