    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying operational, financial, and technological risks within the business. You will analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance business operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Risk Management: Identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks within the business.
    • Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Business Operations: Maintain, test, and improve business and systems operations.
    • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
    • Communication: Communicate ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
    • Liaison: Act as a liaison between business and IT groups.
    • Product Design: Supervise the design of new products and evaluate how these will perform on the market.
    • Process Optimization: Continuously explore opportunities to improve processes and increase value add to the business.
    • Requirements Gathering: Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues.
    • Stakeholder Needs: Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs, using the recommended or selecting the appropriate information gathering and/or modelling technique to elicit requirements.
    • Business Solutions: Contribute to business solutions that satisfy stakeholder needs, while continuously exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients.
    • Project Completion: Contribute to successful completion of project objectives with high quality, within budget, and on time.
    • Documentation: Prepare appropriate documentation and ensure adequate end-user training for assigned projects.
    • Quality Assurance: Participate in QA Triage to resolve issues/defects and identify root causes.
    • Post-Implementation Verification: Perform and execute Post Implementation Verification (PIV) as needed.
    • Reporting: Creating monthly performance reports.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field.
    • Experience: Proven experience as a business analyst.
    • Training: Proven training in Business Process Modeling.
    • MS Office: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Microsoft Visio and Access: Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access is advantageous.
    • Multitasking: The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Communication and Leadership Skills: Effective communication and leadership skills.
    • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
